We are at Whangaparoa, the detecting is pretty hard going,not only are beaches sanded up but this area gets a pretty hard time from other detectorists.But I did manage around $30 in a grass carparking area. The. 375 white gold ring came from out in the mud,and the silver ring from the hard wet sand.'
Ooops the 3rd picture is incorrect,should have been the silver ring,(blinking mobile phones) but they are pennys I found at Paeroa on the grounds of an old church.They are mostly from around the early 1900's.Also got heaps of leadhead nails,haha I was sure they were going to be sov's.....
